A screenprint set-up charge of £60 + VAT, plus carriage from our UK warehouse to your destination, will normally apply to all orders.
The bottle prices in the trade price list include one print colour. Costs for additional colours are:
- 35p (+VAT) per colour per bottle;
- £70 (+VAT) print set up fee per additional colour.
Our experience is that bold, simple designs work best, but if you'd like to discuss multi-colour options, give us a call.

For the website 'Design Your Bottle' configurator, a JPEG or PNG file up to 2MB is fine.
However a vector file format (.ai/.eps) artwork will be required by the printing company to create a virtual mock up and for processing your Print Nalgene order.

This depends on the bottle type - all minimum order quantities are listed in Step 1 of 'Design Your Bottle'.
Once the logo artwork has been approved, delivery is usually within 3-4 weeks. All bottles are printed by Nalgene in the US, and then shipped to us. All import formalities are handled by us and are included in the price - no hidden extras!
Once an order is placed, you will receive an artwork proof for approval. During this proof stage, changes can be made to the bottle colour, cap colour, artwork design, placement and sizing and imprint colour until you are happy to approve the proof.
If you cancel an order after the artwork proof has been prepared, a £50 cancellation fee applies.
Prior to placing an order, we recommend a no obligation virtual mock up of the design. This allows you to see how your design will appear on the bottle along with the Nalgene branding.
Because of the customised nature of the product, we require payment prior to delivery.
We can deliver to the UK and Republic of Ireland, but contact us and we'll be happy to supply contact details of your local agent.
Please note, deliveries to ROI will be sent DAP with duties, import taxes and import fees payable by the recipient. Alternatively, you can arrange collection from our UK warehouse.

Nalgene are rightly proud of the durabilty of their bottles. In the unlikely event of a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution. Please note that it's not practical to run 'one-off' reprints, so if a replacement is required it will be a like-for-like bottle from our stock.
Yes, all wide-mouth Nalgene bottles can be fitted with an 'easy-sipper' lid in various colour options. An insulating sleeve is also available for all 32oz bottles. Please call us for further info on either product.
