Yes, a reasonably high-resolution jpeg is usually ok, although a graphic design vector file is preferable. Contact us with any format questions - we'll work something out!  (For our 'Design Your Bottle' website configurator, a jpeg or png file up to 2MB is fine).

Nalgene are rightly proud of the durabilty of their bottles.  In the unlikely event of a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.  Please note that it's not practical to run 'one-off' reprints, so if a replacement is required it will be a like-for-like bottle from our stock.

Once the logo artwork has been approved, delivery is usually within 3-4 weeks. All bottles are printed by Nalgene in the US, and then shipped to us.  All import formalities are handled by us and are included in the price - no hidden extras!

The quoted price is for one colour - extra colours are £0.30p per bottle. Our experience is that bold, simple designs work best, but if you'd like to discuss multiple-colour options, give us a call.

Yes, all wide-mouth Nalgene bottles can be fitted with an 'easy-sipper' lid in various colour options.  An insulating sleeve is also available for all 32oz bottles.  Please call us for further info on either product.
